National Tea Day 2018

Well, who knew there was a day to celebrate the national drink of the UK – tea. On site today there was a tea party in the clubhouse. Different tea from around the world along with records played on an old gramophone by Sergio, Glenn Miller music, that sort of tune – good classics.

Barbara and Jim put on a fantastic event with homemade cakes made by plot holders.

It really was a great day especially as the sun was shining with the temperature around 23*c. So as you can guess, there was very little work done on the plot. Just tea, tea and more tea, oh, and a slice of cake or two.
