Giving Up One Allotment Plot

This year I’m going to be busy with a project outside the Railway Allotment (Project X) so have made the decision to give up one of my plots.

My Railway Allotment is actually two plots next door to each other. The section where I’ve planted the fruit is the plot I’m keeping. The plot I’ve given up is the section which is covered in plastic.

I’m in the process of moving my items from that plot onto my remaining plot. So what is ‘Project X’ I hear you cry… you’ll find out later in the year.

  4. Hi Sean,

Just seen your weekly blog and like you have have” toilet issues”. So I bought Bog in a Bag to use in the shed, it is a tripod that comes with black bags with an absorbent pad inside. You wrap the black bag around this tripod, do what you have to do and then tie it up. It is completely odourless and then you just dispose of it in the brown bin.
The tripod can also be a stool to sit on when you are having your cuppa.
