  • March 2019: Tete-a-Tete Daffodils in flower after the bulbs were planted in January this year.

    50: New Allotment Layout Revealed

    Another busy time on the allotment this Easter weekend. In addition to transplanting Tomatoes, Borage and California Poppy there are some new plants from Wilko. I’ve been busy making two allotments into one. Take a look at the new layout, I love it.

    48: St Patrick’s Day Potato Planting

    St Patrick’s Day is the traditional time to start planting potatoes. Today I planted a row of First Early, using some manure from the communal delivery. Keep your ears open for the local Woodpecker.
